Contact us

We prioritise enquiries from organisations, offices, and individuals interested in retaining our services, sponsoring our research, or discussing collaborative ventures.

  • Key contacts. Contact options for new client engagement, commissioning our work, or requesting technical assistance are displayed prominently throughout the website. You can also schedule a call here.

  • Client onboarding. Read more on this page to find out what to expect, starting with our free, no-commitment approach to initial discovery sessions, our service model and pricing options, project execution, and continuity assurance.

  • Establishing contact. Use our booking form. For business development, email Dan Davies at dan@craigheadkellas.com, or call +44 (0)207 100 9280 (UK) / +971 (0)4 439 6305 (UAE).

  • WHAT TO EXPECT

Initial discovery calls to discuss objectives, requirements, and pricing are cost and commitment free. If we don’t think we can help, we’ll suggest alternatives.

    • Setting the stage. You have information gaps or blind spots that are critical to your plans, policies, or ways of working. You need to make an informed decision about how to fix the problem. Our discussion starts with this.

    • Defining objectives. What does success look like? What end state do you have in mind? Our discussion will focus on understanding your objective, and any ideas or preferences you might already have for getting to that point.

    • Courses of action. We explain our competencies, identify whether or not they align with your requirements, and we outline potential courses of action for you to consider. We advise you on their feasibility and discuss indicative costs.

  • We take a forward-looking approach to collaborative ventures, including framework mechanisms, consortium arrangements, partnerships, and referrals.

    • UK Consortia & Framework Mechanisms
We are registered on the UK Government’s R-Cloud procurement system. We are also part of the BAE Systems-led Analysis for Science and Technology Research in Defence (ASTRID) framework.
