Book a Discovery Meeting

we work with you to understand what you want to achieve and explain what we can do to help

client intake

  • Defining Your Objectives

You have questions and you want answers. There are information gaps and blind spots that keep you up at night. You have goals but the way forward is unclear. Our discussion starts at the beginning: what you want to achieve, the information you need to get there, and what success looks like.

  • Outlining Our Capabilities

We provide you with a detailed overview of what we’ve done, what we can do, and how we can help - enough information for you to better understand how we operate and what clients get out of the process. This stage is about helping you determine whether or not we’re what you’re looking for.

  • Options & Recommendations

We weigh requirements, indicative costs, and available budget, and develop a general sense of the feasibility of the assignment. If we don’t think the assignment is for us, we’ll say so and recommend alternatives. Whichever direction you take, we remain at your service and will be pleased to advise you on other matters arising.

what to expect

  • 1. The Initial Consult

You come away from our discovery meeting with a greater sense of the options available to you, when and how to proceed, timelines and costs, and what to expect from the engagement. The way forward is clear.

  • 2. Defining the Engagement

Whether you engage us immediately or request a formal proposal before committing, we’ll provide formalized, transparent, and predictable terms of engagement. With your authorization, we get to work.

  • 3. Launching the Assignment

This is the inception period - an initial operational stage when we put theory into practice. We test the waters, identify new evidence, unforeseen risks and real-world obstacles. We take stock and fine-tune.

  • 4. Carrying Out The Assignment

Our research operations stay focused on achieving your goals. We identify, retrieve, and build the base of evidence, mature our sense of where the evidence is headed, and provide scheduled status updates.

  • 5. Debrief and Reporting

The work has been completed, and it’s time to provide you with the results. We prepare documents of record - datasets, operational readouts, a comprehensive final report - that you can use and brief you on our findings.

  • 6. CONTINUITY ASSURANCE

We transfer deliverables to you and close out the engagement. We transition to a new stage in the relationship: we remain at your service, available on demand and as needed for follow up or new inquiries.
